Personal:
I started racing at age six. Racing soon became a way of life. I
race almost every weekend-averaging over 40 races a year. I have won
hundreds of main events and always like to bring on the competion. I
have demonstrated my talent and ability and have earned the respect of the
top riders all across the U.S. I truly love the sport and love to
win! When I'm not at a race, I can be found practicing on my track
at home or working on my motorcycles preparing for the next race. I
also do most of the upkeep on my Dad's log truck. If it weren't for
my family I definitely wouldn't be where I am today. I am very
conscientious about my grades and I've always been an honors student-even
with my busy schedule on the road. I enjoy hunting, trail riding and
hanging out with my friends during my off time.
2008 and 2009 Career Highlights:
In 2008 I earned the AMA Dirt Track Horizon Award. This award
recognizes the rider that demonstrates on and off the track that they are
poised to succeed in the Pro ranks. Previous winners of this award
are the 2009 GNC champion Jared Mees, Bryan Smith, Roger Lee Hayden, and
the 2006 Moto GP World champion Nickey Hayden. So far, I have
carried on this awards reputation of success. I got my Pro License
in February 2009 and less than a month later I won my first pro main event
in Daytona, Florida. Throughout the season I made the podium ten
times out of thirteen races. Four of those races I finished on the
top spot, which was the most wins out of anyone in the grand national
circuit-along with Henry Wiles. I also proved to be competitive in
the expert class with my qualifying times. I qualified inside the
top ten several times and even set fast time of the day at the last
singles round in Springfield, Illinois. With my win at the
Springfield short track I had racked up enough points over the second
place contender to declare myself the first ever Pro Singles Grand
National Champion with still one round to go in Pomona California. I
have never been happier since that day; I can't wait until the 2010 racing
season.
2010 Goals:
So far in 2010 I have continued to ride the AMA pro Singles class to
defend my title. I am still in search of a GNC twins ride so I can
get my expert license and get my feet wet with the big boys.

Flat track, Super motard, and Road racing

Personal:
I started racing when I was nine years old. I got my expert
license in July of 2007 at the age of 17. Since then I have
raced several GNC races but I always seem to come up just short of the
main event. When i am not racing I enjoy helping my brother and
other young riders at home on my family's track. I am a good
mechanic and I spend countless hours in the shop preparing for the
next race. Since I graduated in 2008 I have moved away from home
to live with my good friend and sponsor Karl Shenk In Eatonville WA.
I work full time at Pacific Utilities doing the ground work around the
Tacoma WA area.
Career Highlights:
I was runner-up overall champion twice at the AMA amateur national
dirt track championship in 2004 and have been third place overall
three times. I have three individual race wins at the amateur
nationals. I have won the west coast amateur national
championship 4 times with 9 individual west coast race wins. I
have 5 Sportsman of the Year by Mt. St. Helen's Motorcycle Club and
was the 2005 District 27 (Washington State) Sportsman of the Year.
I got my Pro Sport License in July of 2006. In my year as a pro
sport, I won the West Coast amateur national dirt track championship
and was 4th overall at the amateur nationals in Du
Quoin, Illinois. I have also participated in the Gene Romero
West Coast Flat Track Series. In 2006, I won the Top Gun 450
Class and set fast time in the Open Pro class at the race held at
Castle Rock. Since turning pro, I have won numerous local pro
races. In 2008 and 2009 I attended 4 GNC races but always came
up short of making the main events. So far in 2010 I have had
some great finishes. I finished fourth at the first race of the
WCFTS where I beat some great riders. Daytona was a heartbreaker
when I was running in a transfer position the whole race only to be
edged out at the line by Bryan Smith, putting me out of my first ever
GNC expert main event.
2010 Goals:
To attend as many GNC singles races as I can and continue my quest
to make a GNC expert main event. I will also be making my way up
and down the West Coast and hitting some of the big races.
